IMAGE Design started as a dream; Design, construction management and development was just part of the dream. The company's concept began with developing a reputation for excellence. Throughout the Washington, DC area IMAGE Design has become somewhat of a household name when it comes to the design and construction.
We have also been part of projects all over the world during the past 35 years. Projects ranging from campus level master-planning to residential revitalization; all of which play an important part of today's market.
Facility condition assessments have recently become another important service we offer. It provides our clients with a realistic idea of the types of repairs, costs and overall physical status of their facility. It also provides detailed information that is needed to adequately renovate or manage the maintenance of a facility.

Construction
Residential construction projects have been a part of our services for many years. From the minor kitchen renovation to larger full scale home rebuild projects we pride ourselves in being able to give our clients a one-stop shop to assist in their construction needs.
Management
Our management services include Program, Project and Construction. Facility condition assessments also play a large part in our list management services. From initial project budgets/estimates to final punch, list we offer a complete spectrum of management services.
